Figures

Maximum 5 figures per article (TABLES, GRAPHS, PHOTOS). Images should be supplied with a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). Figure number must be referred to in the text: do not leave space for figures on the page, write captions at the end of the references, indicating the figure number.

Save each figure in separate file in *.jpg, *. tif, *.bmp format.

  • Tables: number tables in the text with Arabic numerals. Give each table a concise title and define any abbreviations in footnotes to the table.
Table number and caption are left-aligned above the table. Type the word “TABLE 1.” In bold caps followed by a period. The table caption is normal font, caps and lower case.
  • Graphs, Photos: Cite all figures in the text with Arabic numerals by saying “Fig. 1”. If the word occurs at the first of a sentence, it is to be spelled out as Figure 1. Type the word “FIGURE 1.” in bold caps followed by a period. Each figure must include a caption which clearly and succinctly explains its content.

Important note for the authors

The use of color in figures is discouraged as the proceedings are printed in black and white. Authors should be careful in submitting color figures as some may not reproduce well in black and white.

Acknowledgments

Acknowledgments should be positioned at the end of the paper, before the reference section. This section is reserved for institutional journal paper number (if required by the author’s institution) and funding sources.

References

Number all cited literature sequentially. When citing references in the text, use square brackets [ ] to enclose reference numbers.
